The one thing i have failed to see is regarding the week in between arena seasons. I have seen post from people speaking about grinding bgs to get alts to full Vicious with honor then. However the point cap as you stated was 18500 DURING season 10 to do so.

They're just talking about capping honor during the down time so when S10 starts they can buy as many vicious pieces as possible. The 18,500 is just for the weapon so you can be buying the vicious armor while you're accumulating those points.

just so everyone knows, u dont have to have 18500 honor points to get the weapon, u just have to have earnt that much, regardless of what they are spent on

That's what it sounds like to me. I guess they're doing it so it's similar to how long it would take getting conquest points for weps.

They are probably putting in a system how they can track honor points accumulated.
The reason they are doing it is to stop pve heroes from getting pvp weapons to use in raids. (Insane stats on most weapons)

Idd, there was a blue post explaining there will be a "meter" on the weapons so you can see how many points you will have to spend, more to get the weapons

They will just see how many honor points u recieve in total from the day patch 4.2 goes live I guess, they do it in statistics with conquests..

99% of the stuff they code is harder than coding this.
