    Shadowcleave, still viable ?

Playing RLS atm but wanting a change, so was wondering if shadowcleave (:deathknight: ) is still a viable setup?

It's really not as popular as it used to be. WLD seems to be taking the lead in terms of alternative to RLS. If you have a really good DK available instead of a warrior, there's no reason not to give it a shot.

So we've played a bit and reasonably well, well around 2k-2.1k mmr. Main is issue was me ( the lock ) getting zerged by TSG's and just generally pet killing teams , who 2shotted poor slooghun most of the time ( ele/Warr/hpala for example ).
Any general tips on playing the comp ? Should we play it as a drain or try going for an early kill ? Just some general pointers would be very welcome!

    ty in advance

If you're having trouble with your pet dying, in the extreme case you can just park it way in the back until you get better at watching it closely to health funnel. As for TSGs, what I've found is that you generally want to try CCing the warrior through cyclones and roots (and occasionally fears) and juking interrupts to get fears on the pally. Your DK has to help peel with chains of ice and DG. But towards the mid-game after the initial CCs are on DR for the warrior, you want dots everywhere. Eventually they'll run out of cooldowns and you should be able to down either the warrior or DK.
