Need Some Gear Advice

Hi all, gearing up my feral druid here recently and I managed to win the Cataclysmic Belt of Cruelty (+ crit), i'd like to use it rather than my Ruthless of accuracy but looking at it, I'll lose waaaay too much Hit rating and to get it back I'd sacrifice a ton of mastery which is bad. Anyone have a suggestion to make it work or should I just hold off till I can get the accuracy belt for proper itemization? Also any random tidbits I may have wrong in my gearing/spec are welcome:

This is the right way to think about it. No matter what, you're stuck with 60% of the stats on an item. It's better to have hit on the belt as the base stat because it's the best stat you can have until cap. This means you can reforge other gear to mastery/expertise rather than hit. Also pve gear that you should get will have crit/mastery or haste/mastery, and you'll end up needing the hit.

Also any random tidbits I may have wrong in my gearing/spec are welcome:

For a cheap price you can get 2 epic spell pen blue gems, or you can switch one of the blue that you have for a spell pen/mastery green rare gem.
I'd use agi/mastery in the orange slot in your shoulders.
I'd recommend you grab some high mastery valor/crafted gear for huge damage increases. Any of the following:

Personally I use the belt, bracers, legs, and boots with PVP weapon. With kiril I'd use PVP belt to maintain around 3.8-4k resil. Reforge crit or haste to expertise, hit, or leave it as crit as you see fit. Typically 8-14 expertise is what you want if you're reforging toward it. If not, leave what you have at what it is.
