    use the stop watch in your macros and just be aware of who you feared

    #showtooltip Fear
    /cast [nomod][target=focus, mod:alt] Fear
    /sw 25
    /sw play

    is what i use or maybe less time? lol i dunno i forget either way i just moniter that stop watch and do some math in my head when i fear some1 else before the dr for the other is over
