Is the macro i use as a boomkin, the only trouble im having is that when i go into cat i don't have the energy to get the skull bash off immediately. This results in me having to shift into cat earlier than i otherwise would.

The current Spec i use is well i think very good for Boomkin PvP i think its the standard one.

Is this what other people tend to do or do people spec 1 in Furor?

I had the same problem. I believe you need the 1 in furor. Or if you keep that spec you have you will just use the bear skull bash with enrage first, so its the insta bash you are looking for.

Also im sure there is a macro for bear form, enrage, bash to use.

I kind of feel i need the enrage for frenzied regen.

You've answered your own question. Pick up a pt in furor. Drop a point in Owlkin Frenzy, gale winds, or genesis depending upon your playstyle. Or wait until MOP wwhen you won't have to interrupt as a boomie.

Most don't use skull bash for interrupting in 3s. Its better used to generate a gap or go LOS. Enrage is the best way to get a skull bash for this since you don't want to get caught in cat while defensive. Some people prefer having the 1/3furor, but it still doesn't reduce your CD for skull bash and just makes it easier to get off bashes/stampeding/skull bash when you need it. If you use it for an interrupt you better be sure you aren't going to get faked and it's going to contribute to a cc chain for a kill or CDs. Otherwise not worth it.
