    NOOB TO RET PALLY

    hey guys i'm incredibly noob to ret pally and just wanted to know if its mandatory to keep inquisition up or is it only when you pop a cooldown like wings where you need it?

    Stotts is an unknown quantity at this point
    It should always be up. Even if it's a 1HoPo cast. 30% is alot. I make that priority over tv. I generally refresh inq with the 3HoPo I use when I pop zealotry. Just so I know it won't fall off during the cd
