    Getting full hots up and then going to drink is a very common strategy for resto druids. Just make sure that you don't leave for too long or that your dps partner has a cooldown they can trade to survive while you're drinking (if needed).

    I do though have a probably stupid question as i m very new to all this.
    You say you use feral affinity for movement speed, but when we kite we do it in travel form right ?
    So when that speed from feral affinity is used/useful ?

    Feral Affinity lets you get into cat form and stun with rake (from stealth) as well as being able to deal decent damage.

    ah ok thx so mostly mouvement speed for beeing agressive not surviving, i got it
