Blood of the enemy WW?

I’m seeing a lot of the top WW monks using blood of the enemy in the main slot and stacking crit. I’m working to gear up my wind walker for pvp currently and just curious what secondary stats I should be focusing. Thanks

Blood of the Enemy is pretty much never used in high rated arena. You're almost always playing conflict and strife and versa/mastery as your stats. Check out this article: http://www.skill-capped.com/content/...onk-pvp-guide/
