In reference to the comments regarding "playing with up and coming players always gives you a different point of view [,,,]":

I do not agree with the conclusion that is drawn from this statement.

Whilst, granted, there is merit in playing with a broad range of players, specs, personalities and comps, there is a lot to be gained from having a core team that I think newer players to PVP will benefit more from.

Asgarath's opinion comes from a multi R1 gladiator, and therefore is advice for a multi R1 gladiator.

If you are a mid-range player do not waste your time queueing with a random team every night simply because this guide suggests that playing with a broad a spectrum of players is the key to success.

Whilst it may provide some useful experience and knowledge about other comps, strats and playstyles, ultimately the best way to climb rating is with 2 other likeminded individuals, who are willing to analyse their choices and mistakes (which is a really key part of this video).

Get a team, fk the LFG.

I appreciate your thoughts and I agree that sticking to likeminded individuals will give you, as a beginner, a more stable way of improving.

Asgarath is just explaining the variety of experiences with people as a result of him being really successful because he changed his own behaviour based on that experience.

This is a more general way of giving advice, which might not be the best for entirely new players.

Would you enjoy having the next guide be catered to really new players or generalized?

(I do not mean for my previous comment to come across as overly negative there is a LOT of merit to this video, and more journalistic style of content which is think is great, I just don't want the community to become even more isolated and fragmentary inside the LFG tool thinking that it is best to play with randoms all the time)
