Necrotic Strike Vs Obliterate/Scourge Strike

It is nearly impossible to list all the situations where a certain ability is the most correct, So I'm just doing a very basic guide on my personal playstyle, and thoughts on the abilitys for both frost and unholy dk's, It's been a commenly asked question and I feel bad saying "It Depends" whenever the topic is brought up.

I know I'm not supposed to answer, but to the person right below, spamming necro/howling blast has less raw burst, but has more runic power generation so you can frost strike more. Obliterate gives 20 runic power, but takes two runes. HB takes one rune and gives the same. It adds up.

I need to ask you why is it so that I do more damage with Howlingblast-Froststrike-Necrotic Strike and I never use Obliterate. Almost everyone says that obliterate sucks in PvP because it takes to many runes and you do more damage using 2 howling blasts and then froststriking. When I use Oblitirate-Froststrike/Necroticstrike-Howlingblast I do 2k less damage...

Thanks for the video Finalrequiem, pretty good. I had a question about the SS vs Necrotics for mages, is that just because you want to break through their shields so scourge does a bit more damage and helps keep the shield off? and is that mainly vs frost mages? would it differ vs say arcane or fire mages?

I dont feel that i am doing any damage as Unholy compared to Frost, and I dont like at all that Unholy can choose between more frequent Dark Transformation use (Sudden Doom) and better Scourge Strikes just for mages, ferals and rogues.. It's not fair! waaaawaaa

Does using scourge strike/necrotic strike depends on the ''class'' too, i know it's a little bit complicated question but i would like to learn about that. Thanks for your attention
