Stat Breakdown
Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Assassination Rogue PvP:
Versatility increases your damage and reduces damage taken, essential for PvP survivability as a melee that gets trained.
Mastery: Potent Assassin increases the damage of your poisons and bleeds, your primary damage sources.
Critical Strike provides burst potential but is less consistent than Mastery: Potent Assassin.
Haste is the lowest priority as Assassination relies on DoT damage rather than fast attacks.

Primary Setup
Double Elemental Focusing Lens provides a mix of consistent throughput and burst damage. In order to work, it requires at least 1 gem equipped and deals damage based on gem type. Typically you will want to put this on your crafted Neck or Rings as these will typically be the first crafted pieces you can obtain in the early season. Later on in the season, you can choose to use other Embellishments, especially Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension.

Use Enduring Bloodstone as your unique PvP gem for damage reduction when affected by Crowd Control. Fill remaining sockets with Versatile Onyx for damage and survivability. Use Vicious Jeweler's Setting to add sockets. For Reshii Wraps, use Pure Energizing Fiber.
