Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Devastation Evoker PvP:
Versatility is your most important stat for PvP. It provides both increased damage and reduced damage taken, essential for surviving burst windows.
Mastery: Giantkiller increases your damage to targets affected by your spells, synergizing well with your cleave damage.
Haste reduces your cast times and global cooldown, allowing for faster empowered abilities.
Critical Strike is your lowest priority as it doesn't synergize as well with Devastation's toolkit.

Primary Setup
Double Elemental Focusing Lens provides a mix of consistent throughput and burst damage. In order to work, it requires at least 1 gem equipped and deals damage based on gem type. Typically you will want to put this on your crafted Neck or Rings as these will typically be the first crafted pieces you can obtain in the early season. Later on in the season, you can choose to use other Embellishments, especially Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension.
