This will happen automatically through PvP gearing, as most items you use will have Versatility on them. Haste not only reduces your GCD on all abilities but also increases the ticks you receive from Frost Fever. It is crucial to hit your 20% Haste breakpoint before prioritizing other stats. Mastery: Frozen Heart is quite important for Frost Death Knight as it increases your damage profile, buffing your core damaging spells like Obliterate and Frost Strike. Critical Strike is inherently your worst stat, but could potentially rise in value for 1-handers due to The Long Winter talent extending Pillar of Frost duration on critical strikes.
