Will to Survive removes stun effects and puts your PvP Medallion on a 60 second cooldown (healer-specific). Allows you to trinket out of stuns more often, which is crucial for survival.
War Stomp provides an additional AoE stun that can be paired with Repentance for CC chains or used to stop damage and casts. Endurance grants bonus Stamina for extra survivability.
Mastery: Lightbringer increases the effectiveness of your healing based on the proximity between you and your target, having a stronger effect the closer you are. Versatility increases your healing and reduces damage taken, essential for PvP survivability as a healer. Haste reduces cast times and GCD, providing faster healing response in emergencies. Critical Strike is the lowest priority as it provides inconsistent value compared to Mastery: Lightbringer.
