Shadowmeld is extremely dynamic and offers multiple uses. It can immune incoming projectiles like Mortal Coil and Chaos Bolt, as well as instant abilities like Blind and Kidney Shot. When used, it removes you as the target to prevent attacks. It also removes combat, allowing you to sneak in drinks during games.
Highmountain Tauren is the best race defensively because of increased Versatility and passive damage reduction. The stun can be useful too, but above anything else this race provides the best bulk.
Mastery: Harmony is your most important stat as it increases the healing from your HoT effects. The more HoTs you have on a single target, the more healing they receive. Versatility and Haste are your second priority. Aim for at least 20% Versatility for survivability. If you have no issues surviving, prioritize Haste to reduce GCD, cast times, and increase HoT tick frequency. Critical Strike is your worst stat and should be avoided where possible.
