Mastery: Combo Strikes increases your damage dealt by attacks when they are not repeats of the previous ability. Seems tricky but when you sequence your burst properly you can deal a ton of damage.
Versatility increases your damage and reduces damage taken, essential for PvP survivability.
Critical Strike provides burst potential and synergizes well with your damage profile.
Haste is the lowest priority as Windwalker doesn't benefit as much from faster globals compared to other stats.
