Skill Capped recommends the following races for Affliction Warlock PvP:

PvP Verdict

Human is the best Alliance race by far, allowing you to wear two damage trinkets thanks to Will to Survive. For Horde, Orc is optimal with Hardiness and Blood Fury for snapshotting, though Undead is a viable alternative.

Alliance

Human is the BEST race in the entire game for many DPS. Will to Survive lets you wear two damage trinkets, which is a MASSIVE power spike since trinket procs represent huge burst windows for snapshotting dots.

Will to Survive

Removes all movement impairing and loss of control effects. Allows you to wear two offensive trinkets instead of needing a PvP Medallion.

Horde

Orc is definitely your best Horde option. Hardiness is arguably the best racial passive in the game, and Blood Fury acts as a pseudo on-use trinket for snapshotting dots.

Hardiness

Duration of Stun effects reduced by 15%. This even stacks with similar effects.

Blood Fury

Increases spell power for 15 seconds. Acts as a huge power spike and pseudo on-use trinket for snapshotting.

Undead

Undead

Horde

Viable alternative if you don't want to play Orc. Will of the Forsaken is more relevant in MoP given the popularity of Warriors and Warlocks. Plus, the casting animations are worth it!

Will of the Forsaken

Removes any Charm, Fear, and Sleep effect. Shares a 30-second cooldown with similar effects.
