Arms Warrior
Arms Warrior is a god-tier melee in MoP with a massive overhaul to the talent system. Thanks to Shockwave and Storm Bolt, you have more control than ever before. This allows the spec to be a staple in a wide range of comps, from melee cleaves to playing a support role for casters.

Strengths

Weaknesses
- ✗Can be kited by skilled players
- ✗Requires good target swapping and awareness
- ✗Damage is somewhat reliant on Colossus Smash windows
- ✗Vulnerable to disarms and roots without Safeguard
Key Abilities
Human is the BEST race in the entire game for many DPS. Will to Survive lets you wear two damage trinkets, which is a MASSIVE power spike since trinket procs represent huge burst windows.
Orc is definitely your best Horde option. Hardiness is arguably the best racial passive in the game, and Blood Fury acts as a pseudo on-use trinket.
Strength is your most important stat - it directly impacts ALL of your damage and also increases your parry.
Reach the 3% Hit cap and 3% Expertise soft cap first. There is no true Expertise hard cap, but the soft cap is essential.
Critical Strike is by far the best secondary stat due to extra rage generation and uptime on Enrage.
Mastery is your next priority, with Haste being the least valuable stat. Reforge out of Haste whenever possible.
