Stat Breakdown

Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Enhancement Shaman PvP:

Agility is our most important stat by far, having a downstream effect on all of our throughput.

We will then want to reach the 3% Hit cap and at least the 3% Expertise soft-cap. We don't have to stress too much about Expertise since a lot of our damage is magical.

Then we will prioritize Mastery as a secondary stat. This gives us a flat damage increase to our spells - which is where a huge chunk of our damage comes from.

We will then want Haste whenever possible. This is a quality of life stat as Shaman.

Finally, we have Crit, which is our least important stat and should be avoided whenever possible.

Enchants

Apply these enchants to maximize your Agility and Mastery. Use Dancing Steel on main hand and Weapon Chain on off-hand against disarm teams.

Gems

Match each socket for maximum Agility. Use Delicate in red, Adept in yellow, and Assassin in blue. The Agile Primal Diamond is default, or use Powerful for stun reduction as Orc.
