Posthaste is the default pick - adds a root breaker and sprint effect to Disengage, essential against Mages and other classes that root. Narrow Escape is good against melee cleaves as an AoE root when you Disengage.
Binding Shot is the default - great for peeling and can be used with Explosive Trap to land traps. Wyvern Sting is good in 3v3 for sleeping healers from range, but note it shares DR with Freezing Trap and can be dispelled by Druids, Monks, Paladins, and Tremor Totem.
Spirit Bond is the default - provides ridiculous healing, especially good in 2v2 without a healer. Aspect of the Iron Hawk is better against bursty comps with stuns like Rogues, Mages, or Windwalker Monks for the 10% damage reduction.
Thrill of the Hunt is the more passive option, giving cheaper Arcane Shots periodically. Fervor is preferred for advanced players - instant Focus boost is great for quick Tranquilizing Shots or burst with Chimera Shot and Kill Shot.
A Murder of Crows is locked - one of the strongest abilities in the game. This DoT follows players out of LoS, eliminating a key weakness that has plagued Hunters since the dawn of PvP.
Glaive Toss is locked - provides more consistent damage than Powershot throughout each game.
