Standard Arena Build

Long Arm of the Law is hard-locked. This gives Judgement an automatic sprint effect, and since Judgement is one of our main rotational spells, this talent is SUPER efficient for mobility.
Fist of Justice is ALWAYS played. This makes our stun much easier to land while dramatically reducing its cooldown. Our mobility is VERY limited as Ret, so we need this in every matchup.
Selfless Healer is soft-locked for most matchups - gives fast or instant Flash of Lights that are empowered on teammates. Eternal Flame is good against DoT comps, especially Affliction Warlocks, for padding rot damage.
Clemency is ALWAYS played. This is VERY broken, essentially doubling the amount of Hand spells we can use in arena - fantastic utility in any matchup.
Holy Avenger is soft-locked - good both offensively and defensively, giving more Holy Power generation for Templar Verdict or Word of Glory. Sanctified Wrath is good against slippery targets or specs with long defensives like Arms Warriors.
Execution Sentence is ALWAYS played. We can use this to burst an enemy target OR as a heal for anyone on our team. Great defensive for ourselves when kiting.
