Stat Priority
Stat Breakdown
Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Subtlety Rogue PvP:
Agility is your most important stat as it directly impacts ALL of your damage. However, you must first reach the 3% Hit cap and 3% Expertise soft cap to ensure your abilities never miss or get dodged/parried.
After caps, Mastery is the best secondary by far since Finishers (Eviscerate) are the majority of your impact damage. Then Critical Strike while avoiding Haste at all costs.
Best in Slot Gear
Full Tyrannical Gladiator Leather set is the baseline for Season 13. Some true best in slot pieces come from Throne of Thunder PvE, but these are optional upgrades - full PvP gear is completely viable.

Apply these enchants to maximize your Agility. Use Weapon Chain on off-hand against teams with Disarm, otherwise double Dancing Steel.

Get as much Agility as possible. Match sockets only if the bonus is worth it - ignore socket bonuses in boots and pants and go pure Agility.
