Human is the best Alliance race by far, allowing you to wear two damage trinkets. Night Elf is a viable alternative for extra restealths with Shadowmeld. For Horde, Orc is optimal with Hardiness stun reduction.

RecommendedHuman is THE best race for Rogues. Will to Survive lets you wear two damage trinkets, which is a massive power spike since Badge + Insignia procs represent huge burst windows.
Removes all movement impairing and loss of control effects. Allows you to wear two offensive trinkets instead of needing a PvP Medallion.
Night Elf
Viable alternative if you do not want to play Human. Restealthing is very important in MoP, so having an additional way to drop combat with Shadowmeld for mini-openers with Subterfuge is really strong.
Activate to slip into the shadows, dropping combat and allowing you to reopen with Subterfuge. Incredible synergy with the MoP Sub playstyle.
Orc
RecommendedOrc is your best Horde option. Hardiness is arguably the best passive racial in the game for PvP, reducing stun duration by 15%.
Duration of Stun effects reduced by 15%. This even stacks with similar effects like the Powerful Primal Diamond meta gem.
Increases attack power for 15 seconds. Acts as a pseudo on-use trinket during burst windows.
