Talent Notes

15

Rolling Blood is soft-locked in the vast majority of games. Simply put, this talent makes it much easier to spread our dots. However, if playing DK Hunter or DK Mage, swap to Plague Leech to prevent breaking CC.

30

Lichborne is ALWAYS played. Not only does this give us a Fear breaker and immunity, but it also allows us to heal ourselves with Death Coil. Super dynamic cooldown.

45

Chillblains is soft-locked. Great against slippery targets like Mages, and ideal when you already have a stun on your team. Asphyxiate should be played if your team lacks a stun for the kill target (like when playing with a Hunter) - gives you a powerful 30 second go.

60

Death Pact is a great general option, especially when we are NOT the kill target, as this gives us an on-demand heal when needed. Conversion can be swapped in against dot comps - nerfs your damage but provides steady healing.

75

Blood Tap is ALWAYS played. This smooths out our rotation and gives us more consistency with how and when we can Necrotic Strike.

90

Desecrated Ground is ALWAYS played. This is not only a CC breaker but also gives us CC immunity, which we often use offensively for unpeelable pressure.
