Stat Priority
Stat Breakdown
Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Windwalker Monk PvP:
Agility is the most important stat overall as it directly impacts ALL of your damage.
Then we need to reach the 3% Hit cap and 3% Expertise soft cap. Technically 6% is the softcap for parry, but this can be hard to achieve early - aim for at least 3%.
For secondaries, prioritize Haste to at least 12%. Haste increases energy regeneration, reduces Fists of Fury channel time, gives faster Rushing Jade Wind ticks, and increases auto attack speed which is a big part of our damage.
Then get Crit for lethal burst windows. Crits are not nerfed in MoP like they are in retail. Finally, avoid Mastery and reforge it away where possible.
Best in Slot Gear
Full Tyrannical Gladiator Ironskin set is best in slot for Season 13. Human players use Swords, Orc players use Axes for their racial Expertise bonus. Always wear 2 PvP trinkets for the Resilience set bonus.

Apply these enchants to maximize your Agility. Use double Dancing Steel for maximum damage, or invest in a third weapon with Weapon Chain for matchups with Disarm.

Get as much Agility as possible. In red sockets use Delicate Primordial Rubies. For yellows use Deft Vermilion Onyx for Agility + Haste. For blues use Glinting or Assassin Imperial Amethyst depending on Hit needs.
