Windwalker Monk glyphs provide important utility modifications. We have two hard-locked glyphs, one soft-locked, and one flex option depending on matchup.

Removes the Chi requirement on our execute, allowing guaranteed access to our "I-Win" button when targets drop below 10% HP. HARD LOCK - Always use this glyph regardless of matchup.
Increases Touch of Karma range, allowing more consistent use against ranged targets. HARD LOCK - Always use this glyph regardless of matchup.
Removes all DoTs on the target when using Paralysis, making our CC more consistent. Soft-lock. Essential for reliable CC chains.
Gives your Sparring passive a chance to also reflect spells. Really good against comps with at least one melee and one caster, like Warrior Mage. Flex glyph. Swap in against mixed melee/caster teams.
Removes the healing effect of Blackout Kick and always gives 20% more damage. This is a trade worth making. The only minor glyph that actually matters.
Allows rolling on water. Useful for battlegrounds.
Cosmetic flying ability. No arena impact.
