Best Race

Will of the Forsaken is essentially a free trinket against Fear and Charm effects, plus 5 seconds of immunity. With Warlocks and Warriors being incredibly popular, this provides immense value.

Perception helps detect Rogues before they get a clean opener. With Rogues being extremely popular, this provides significant value in the opener.

Stat Priority
3% Hit Rating > 70 Spell Penetration > Spell Damage > Resilience > Stamina > Intellect

Warlock stat priority requires a balance of offensive and defensive stats. Two things remain constant: you always want at least 3% Hit, and 70 Spell Penetration to cut through resistances. After that, balance Spell Damage, Stamina, and Resilience. Avoid Spirit since Life Tap handles your mana.
