Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Affliction Warlock PvP:

Warlock stat priority requires a balance of offensive and defensive stats. Two things remain constant: you always want at least 3% Hit, and 70 Spell Penetration to cut through resistances. After that, balance Spell Damage, Stamina, and Resilience. Avoid Spirit since Life Tap handles your mana.

Season 1 Best in Slot combines the Gladiator arena set with honor pieces and some Badge of Justice items. Warlock has very well-itemized PvP gear - you want 4-piece Gladiator Dreadweave plus the Felweave helm.

Focus on Spell Power enchants for damage, Spell Penetration on cloak, and the defensive boot enchant with movement speed. Reputation enchants from Aldor and Sha'tar are essential.

Blue gems for Spell Penetration (to reach the 70 cap), Red for Spell Damage, Yellow for Resilience. You need 3 blue gems to activate your meta gem. Not all socket bonuses are worth chasing.
