Arms Warrior
One of the best melee in TBC with incredible sustained damage, great mobility, and the infamous Deep Thunder mace stun. Mortal Strike healing reduction makes kills possible, and Warriors excel in both 2v2 and 3v3.
Strengths
- ✓Mortal Strike applies a 50% healing reduction, making kills possible
- ✓Deep Thunder mace stun procs provide incredible control
- ✓Excellent mobility with Charge, Intercept, and Intervene

- ✓Spell Reflection can turn caster cooldowns against them
Weaknesses
- ✗Struggles heavily against roots without Escape Artist (Gnome)
- ✗Requires a healer - double DPS does not work well
- ✗Rage starved when kited or crowd controlled
- ✗Vulnerable to being peeled off targets
Key Abilities
Best Arena Compositions
Best 2v2 Comps
Best 3v3 Comps
Hardiness provides 15% stun resistance, and Blood Fury boosts damage significantly. Blood Fury also overwrites other healing debuffs like Wound Poison, providing a neat trick against Rogues.
Escape Artist is crucial against Mages and Druids who have reliable roots. Without modern abilities like Bladestorm and Avatar, Warriors struggle with roots - Gnome helps significantly.
Hit Rating is the most critical stat - you need exactly 5% to avoid missing level 70 players. After that, prioritize Crit and Attack Power for rage generation and damage. You will also want to have Resilience on most slots for its defensive benefits.
