Standard Blackout Build

This is the standard arena build for Discipline Priests. You put 41 points into Discipline for Pain Suppression and Power Infusion, with points in Shadow for Blackout.
Blackout gives your shadow damage spells (Shadow Word: Pain, Shadow Word: Death, Devouring Plague) a chance to stun targets. Very useful for landing kills or interrupting casts.
Key talents include Inner Focus for free crit heals, Unbreakable Will for 15% chance to resist stuns, fears, and silences, and Focused Power which reduces Mass Dispel cast time by 1 second.
