Stat Priority

Skill Capped recommends the following stat priority for Subtlety Rogue PvP:
Unlike modern WoW, TBC really only has one stat you need to consider outside of gem choices - Hit Rating. You need 5% hit to not miss abilities. With the recommended gear sets, you will easily stay above the 5% threshold. While more than 5% helps with white hits and poison procs, it is not necessary. In the early seasons, Attack Power scales better than Agility, so prioritize Attack Power in gems. Resilience comes naturally on most PvP gear pieces, but Rogue is inherently an offensive spec that relies more on damage output than survivability.

Season 1 Best in Slot gear combines Arena point purchases, Karazhan drops, and Honor gear. Several pre-BiS items will carry over throughout the season.

The only enchant that changes over the season is Crusader to Mongoose on weapons, due to Mongoose being inaccessible early on.
