Restoration Druid Stat Priority and Breakpoints
Intellect > Haste (12.52%) > Mastery > Spirit > Critical Strike
Prioritize Intellect as much as possible, while also reaching for a few breakpoints along the way. Your first breakpoint focuses on Haste. You’ll want to aim for at least 12.52% Haste. 12.52% Haste grants you an additional tick on both Tranquility and Rejuvenation, as well as 2 additional ticks on Lifebloom.
After reaching your Haste breakpoint, look to obtain the most amount of Mastery possible. Additionally, you’ll want to acquire a solid amount of Spirit, generally around 6000 for the first season of MoP, to make ourselves comfortable and reduce mana issues.
Critical Strike tends to be our worst stat given, and should be avoided during our gearing process.
Thankfully, PvP has two new stats engrained on all PvP gear. These two are PvP Resilience and PvP Power.
PvP Resilence is identical to its predecessor, Resilience, as it reduces incoming damage from enemy players. PvP Power, on the other hand, is a completely new stat that makes our healing and damage stronger to other players. These two will naturally apply as you gearing, meaning you don’t have to worry about min-maxxing these stats.

A new expansion offers new possibilities to learn different information that has been added, changed, or removed in the game.
