Best Restoration Shaman PvP Races
Alliance
Dwarf
If you plan to choose Alliance as your faction for Restoration Shaman in Mists of Pandaria PvP, there are two options you can choose from. Out of the two options, Dwarf is marginally better than Draenei. Dwarf players receive the racial ability, Stoneform, increasing your survivability against Death Knights, Rogues, and Feral Druids.
Stoneform Racial
Stoneform clears all Poison, Disease, and Bleed effects off your character, and gives you a 10% damage reduction for 8 seconds. Gift of the Naaru grants your character a 20% heal of their total health for 15 seconds. Using this racial as an ability to preemptively press as a heal during stuns can help survive enemy kill windows.
