Best Holy Paladin PvP Glyphs
The glyph system has changed quite a bit in Mists of Pandaria as opposed to its Cataclysm counterpart. The most noticeable change being the removal of Prime Glyphs, meaning players will be limited to 3 Major and 3 Minor Glyph slots.
Tome of the Clear Mind will be needed to swap out any glyph from its respective glyph slot. You’ll definitely want to hold on to some of those, since some glyphs may be swapped depending on a certain arena matchup.
Major Glyphs
These three major glyphs provided below are your primary glyphs within your major glyph slots. Some glyphs offer variability depending on the composition you plan to play as. Your only hard-locked glyph located here is Glyph of Blessed Life, whereas Glyph of Flash of Light is your soft-locked glyph. Depending on the matchup at hand, you can choose your third glyph from any of our recommended flexible glyphs.
Glyph of Blessed Life gives you a chance to generate Holy Power while in Crowd Control, which helps cover one of your key weaknesses.
Glyph of Flash of Light will enable stronger spot healing while also providing your target with a trash buff.
Additionally we have some flexible glyphs you will find useful in certain circumstances.
Glyph of Beacon of Light is a good neutral pick as this will remove the GCD of this spell. This is useful in 3v3 if you think you will swap around Beacon a lot.
Glyph of Devotion Aura is a great pickup if you are the only “caster” on your team.
Glyph of Divine Protection where you believe you will be a kill target and there is a melee DPS on the enemy team.
Glyph of Denounce simply allows you to reduce the cast time on this spell by casting Holy Shock.
Minor Glyphs
Even though minor glyphs do not greatly enhance the performance of Holy Paladin, there is one minor glyph provided below that can be used in your minor glyph slots to minmax.
Mounted King allows you to buff your teammates with Blessing of Might while giving yourself Blessing of Kings instead. If you play with a spec that stacks Mastery, this can help minmax your teams stats.
