Best Holy Paladin PvP Races

Alliance

Human

If you plan to choose Alliance as your faction for Holy Paladin in Mists of Pandaria PvP, Human is your best option out of both factions. Will to Survive is used as a trinket players can use instead of using the original PvP trinket purchased from the PvP vendors for Season 12.

Substitute Trinket

Will to Survive as a racial ability has identical effects as the current Season 12 PvP trinket, Malevolent Gladiator’s Medallion of Cruelty, which removes your character from any Crowd Control you are in. Having this racial be your substitute PvP trinket offers the opportunity to use multiple PvP healing trinkets, making it easier for you to recover from danger.

Horde

Blood Elf

If you plan to play Horde for Holy Paladin in Mists of Pandaria PvP, Blood Elf is your best option. With this race giving you the Arcane Torrent ability, this can be used either to gain additional mana or to silence your opponents.

Additional CC

Arcane Torrent provides multiple uses and can be used situationally in PvP combat. With the ability to silence all your enemies for 2 seconds within 8 yards, this can be used defensively on enemy players to prevent Crowd Control being applied, or to extend a Crowd Control chain on enemy healers for potential kill windows.

Mana Increase

Arcane Torrent has another effect when used, which restores 2% of your character’s mana. Having this ability can slightly assist you with sustaining your allies in longer, drawn out matchups.
