Some targets are good to attack in general for most lobbies. This could be due to a combination of factors: including limited uptime, reliance on self healing, or weaker defensive cooldowns, especially in Dampening.

Good Targets for Melee

Since mobility is a key limiting factor, melee need to pick targets that can't easily get away. Having high uptime means more damage, and more damage is exactly what wins games in Solo Shuffle.

Tricky Targets

Some specs can be tricky to kill depending on the makeup of your lobby and the individual skill of the enemy player. These specs typically either have a wide range of defensive options, good mobility, or damage that is harder to shut down.
