Discipline Priest Stat Priority
30% Versatility > 20% Haste > Mastery > Critical Strike
You want to focus on getting as much Versatility as possible. Aim to get at least 30%. This will eventually happen through PvP gearing as most of your items will have Vers on them.
Then your focus shifts to Haste. Aim to get around 10-15%, which is the sweet spot to reach certain reductions in cast speed and to make your globals feel more fluid.
After reaching these breakpoints, you can get as much Mastery as you can. Mastery has seen increased value due to the buffs to Power Word: Shield and mastery affecting all absorption effects.
Critical Strike, however, should be avoided.
