Party Macros

One of the things that helps a lot in arena and saves you a lot of time is eliminating the need to manually swap targets. The best way to do that is with macros. As a healer, you often need to react to certain abilities with dispel as quickly as possible. So you should definitely have @party1, @party2 and @player macros for Naturalize. You could use the names of your teammates instead, but make sure you update the macros every time you change teammates if you decide to do it this way.

Focus and Arena Macros

The same idea applies to interacting with enemies. The easiest way to do it is with @focus macros, but the most efficient – @arena macros. The second option is more challenging and requires more keybinds, but as Preservation Evoker, you only really need it for two abilities: Quell and Sleep Walk. Since your interrupt is ranged, it is incredibly useful to have these macros to be able to kick anybody in the game at any time. You can start with focus macros first and gradually move to arena macros if you find them too difficult to get used to at the start.

Tip the Scales Macros

As any class with NS ability, you should make a few macros for some of the most important abilities that will be used with it. As Evoker, you will use Spiritbloom with Tip the Scales the most. You should also have one for Dream Breath just in case you need a backup, while Spiritbloom is on cooldown. With this macro, you will have to only press one button to get the instant heal out. You could also make a macro for Tip the Scales > Fire Breath. It is a bit more risky, but could be worth having in a fast-paced games, especially if you are playing a damage-centric build.

Cursor Macros

Both Rescue and Deep Breath will benefit from having @cursor macros. These will cast the ability at the location of your cursor, skipping the requirement to click on the ground. These are by no means necessary, but could be nice to have to save a little bit of time.
