Arms Warriors are lucky enough to have a few race options for both factions that could be relevant depending on who you’re facing.

Horde

Orc

Even though Orcs aren’t as effective anymore, this race still remains a strong choice against compositions with a lot of stuns. You still gain extra 10% stun duration reduction with Hardiness, which can be very good in certain situations. You also gain Blood Fury, which gives you added pressure during your cooldowns especially when paired with Warbreaker and Avatar. If you opt to play Horde then Orc is the only real pick.

Alliance

Gnome

Since classic WoW, Gnomes have been one of the best races for Warriors thanks to Escape Artist, and are still one of the best races overall for Arms Warriors. Because your goal is to maximize uptime, having an additional root breaker is HUGE, especially considering it does not share a CD with your PvP trinket.

Human

Human is a great neutral option for Alliance. Will to Survive allows you the opportunity to play with double damage trinkets, or simply have a second stun breaker alongside the PvP Medallion.
