Focus Macros

Some of the most important macros in PvP are focus cast macros. Essentially, they allow you to cast abilities on other units without having to manually change your target. This makes your gameplay a lot more fluid and reactive. For this reason, you should have such macros for important spells like Blind, Cheap Shot, Garrote, Gouge, Kick, Kidney Shot, Sap, and Shadowstep.

Arena Macros

Arena macros do essentially the same thing. The downside of making arena macros is the number of binds you will have to allocate. Not to mention, they are a lot more difficult to get used to. Essentially, you will have 3 binds for each ability. You could start by using focus macros for most of your abilities and arena macros for some of the most important CC, and expand the more you get used to it. Ranged abilities like Blind will benefit the most from it, but you can make as many of those as you are comforable with.

Additional Tips

You will definitely want the iconic Sap macro. This is useful in various aspects of PvP, especially in arena against other Stealth classes. By spamming this, you will have the option to quickly Sap enemy players out of their invisibility.

Another useful macro is the Stealth macro, which will allow you to spam Stealth keybind without instantly cancelling your invisibility.

If you are playing a Night Elf, you can make a macro to Stealth immediately after Shadowmeld, turning your racial ability into a version of Vanish.

If you are playing with Tricks of the Trade, you will also want to have @party1 and @party2 macros for this ability.
