Unholy Death Knight Stat Priority
Versatility > Mastery => Haste > Critical Strike
You want to start by getting as much Versatility as you can. This will be a bit hard to do since you want to use your PvE tier set for the 4-piece bonus, and it doesn’t have a lot of Vers.
Then you will go for Mastery, which is a very consistent stat for Unholy. It buffs both your Shadow damage and your pets.
We recommend balancing your Mastery with Haste. Mastery provides a bigger damage increase, but Haste is equally as important for various reasons. It buffs your pet damage and increases Rune regeneration. Ideally you will have a relatively even split between Mastery and Haste on your gear.
