Elemental Shaman Stat Priority
Versatility > Haste > Crit > Mastery
You will want as much Versatility and Haste as possible. Versatility is valuable for its additional damage reduction, which you will need as you will often be the kill target. Haste is strong due to its interaction with Flame Shock, giving you more Maelstrom generation for increased damage.
