30% Versatility > Mastery > Haste > Critical Strike
You want to focus on getting as much Versatility as possible. Aim to get at least 30%. This will eventually happen through PvP gearing as most of your items will have Vers on them.
You want to get as much Mastery as you can. This just adds a percentage of your healing as HoT on the same target, offering the highest healing output.
Critical Strike should be avoided.
