Havoc Demon Hunter Stat Priority
Mastery > Versatility > Crit = Haste
Your two best stats are Mastery and Versatility.
While Versatility provides both a boost to both offence and defence, due to Any Means Necessary, Mastery in Dragonflight is a pure damage amplifier. If you just stack as much of this stat as possible, you will be able to have oneshot-level damage, while still maintaining a healthy amount of consistent DPS.
On pieces where you can’t get Mastery, you will simply craft pieces with Mastery.
