Restoration Shaman Stat Priority
Versatility > Mastery > Haste > Crit
As with all classes in PvP, versatility will be your primary stat. This not only increases your healing but reduces the damage that you take.
Mastery is an important stat as this increases the healing based on the target’s HP. The lower your target, the more effective your healing will be. This can be great in situations where you need to use Nature’s Swiftness immediately after CC.
Haste, while not desirable still has benefit. This reduces your cast time and global cooldown.
