Feral Druid Stat Priority

30% Versatility > Mastery > Haste > Critical Strike

You want to focus on getting as much Versatility as possible. Aim to get at least 30%. This will eventually happen through PvP gearing as most of your items will have Vers on them.

After that, you will basically be looking to get as much Mastery as you can. It increases your bleed damage and Combo Point spenders by a large amount.

Haste and Crit are both less valuable than Mastery. With that said, you might want to have a Haste set in reserve in case you are playing with Cyclone.

Best Feral Druid Trinkets

Gladiator’s Medallion + Insignia of Alacrity / Gladiator’s Emblem

Your trinket options are fairly straight-forward. You are basically locked into playing with the Medallion, as it is mandatory in PvP. As for what to pair with Gladiator’s Medallion, your default pick is Insignia of Alacrity. You could play with Gladiator’s Emblem in situations where you could be the kill target, since it offers an additional defensive cooldown. It also increases your healing with Frenzied Regeneration, since it scales with your max HP. However, you should try and make DPS trinkets work as much as you can.

Best Feral Druid Enchants

Cloak: Homebound Speed
Chest: Accelerated Agility / Waking Stats
Bracers: Devotion of Speed
Legs: Fierce Armor Kit
Boots: Plainsrunner’s Breeze
Rings: Devotion of Mastery / Devotion of Versatility
Weapon: Shadowflame Wreath

Best Feral Druid Gems

Skillful Illimited Diamond + Zen Neltharite

Following the stat priority, you can customize your build according to taste. You could go for more Versa to capitalize on tankiness. However, if you want extra pressure and damage, you should gem and enchant for Mastery instead, as long as you still have 30% Vers. You will be using Tiered Medallion Setting to get an additional gem slot in your Neck.
